Ciara goin hard? On this track she goes pretty gangsta and I actually like it.  I'm happy to see Ciara not follow Beyonce and Rihanna completely and take this different route, but let's wait and see what else she has in her arsenal..

Usher - Hey Daddy (Video)

I remember at one point Usher used to be the one and now it seems like others have taken that spot.  Now as a veteran in the Hip Hop/R&B scene the music that Usher has should be more mature.  Here he is trying to keep it commercial yet I don't know if it will keep him popular.  This song is a nice song and sounds like something The Dream would pen up.  Let's hope Usher doesn't fall completely off the map...

Trey Songz - I Need A Girl

Another video from WSHH and this song has a nice beat, but damn Trey why haven't you blown up yet? I think Songz is a good singer, but I'm not sure what his direction is. I think we have way too many singers doing the same thing, let's hope he gets his shine.

As I was browsing through youtube some more I found these two chicks who sing really really good plus they look fine. I don't know how old this video is but from the sound of it, this is probably no more than 5-6 months old. Beyonce look out you got some competition!

Chris Brown & Rihanna Again, and again, and again!

I feel like a celebrity gossip reporter now after all this Chris Brown Rihanna talk, and it keeps on getting more and more intense weekly. Since our nations recession isn't that big of a concern to many of us, let's focus on this celebrity drama a little bit longer. Chris Brown got charged with 2 felonies, and according to this article could face up to 4 years in prison. As I have a poll on the side specifically about this topic lol, CB's (Chris Brown's) career seems finished. Once considered the next Usher, this young man like many others felt untouchable, and basically got a real world check up. Rihanna on the other hand has been playing the I'm the innocent one role, which she is but you gotta question where she is coming from if she is willing to get back with this dude. Anywayz here is a article which talks about why both of these music superstar's careers could be over.

Keri Hilson vs Beyonce Uh Oh

Yep even the singers get into beef these days. Keri Hilson who is the break out diva for 2009 has taken shots at Beyonce. The song is in the link and more information about what she says is there also. My problem with this beef is the fact that Keri isn't even an established artist yet and she is taking shots at a legend. I guess everyone is trying to use the 50 cent model of marketing these days.

Hip Hop Oscars

Yea we sure did have some performances last night at the Oscar's. Beyonce, John Legend, Alicia Keys, and Queen Latifah performed. Big ups for the performances and the big winner of the night Slum Dog Millionaire. Going off on a tangent here I did see the movie and I thought it was amazing, my only beef with it is that those kids involved still don't seem to have the pay they shouldve earned. Get the money to the people!
