I thought that I knew a lot about Hip Hop, but we learn something new everyday. Earlier this week I found out that two of the most prominent Rocafella members are muslim. Here in this Hiphopdx link, Beanie Sigel and Freeway discuss Islam and the dilemma they have had because of there careers and religion. This article is very informative and shows us a perception of rappers which I haven't seen before. Check this out if you can as they discuss how they read, try to practice, and try to understand there respective religions. It is a rarity to have rappers with this background, but slowly it is becoming increasingly popular. As the world puts a target on the backs of those who interpret the religion the wrong way, those who are struggling with daily issues and trying to practice there religions should be recognized. Nobody is perfect in this world and Beanie along with Freeway and many others try to be the best person possible.Freeway, Beanie Sigel Talk Islam, Religious Practices | Hip Hop News > HipHopDX.com
