Dr. Dre has said himself that Detox is coming so those of you who had any questions should just take the words of the good doctor. I know that some of these people can't really be credible in rap these days, but with all the energy created by Eminem's, and 50 Cent's album releases (the latter which hasn't reach the commercial appeal it should've), the three headed monster looks poised for it's last piece. Dre stated that he has been working on Detox in and out when he has time, because he is working on other artist's material. I believe that Dr. Dre is telling the truth, I just hope he is getting quality material done as well.
