I was on WSHH again because that site is amazing, and I saw this video with Lil Wayne on the View. Now I don't watch this show at all unless I hear something about it in the news. Anyways when I put this on I didn't expect Lil Wayne to be hit by the questions he got hit by, and on top of that his answers really seemed genuine. This was good for Wayne's image, and hopefully more rappers get a chance to be heard as people.

ReplyDeleteWhoopi interrupted Weazy & asked whether he feels a responsibility to talk about his education, how he got his GED and that he is now taking college classes to show his fans believes in education thereby moving the discussion to the importance of education.
Should the conversation have followed Hasselbeck’s path, the right wing would have found more fodder for their ignorant hate. Why say you Mr. Bill O’Reilly?
Hey thanks for the comment, I know what you mean about the drugs question by hasselbeck. I was waiting for her to say something controversial, but Wayne along with Whoopie got it answered and then some. If the convo followed hasselbeck we know what it would've been. I'm very happy it didn't and they didn't give her the attention she thinks she deserves.
