Fabolous dating Mary Jane?

This weekend the rapper Fabolous was linked to 500 pounds of marijuana which was found during a drug raid of a tour bus. According to this article there were no rappers on the tour bus at the time, but Fabolous was on the bus earlier. Man the only question I have is why can't we just legalize the good stuff lol, I mean if you don't want to do it don't but dang alot of people be liking themselves a piece of Mary Jane.
