Ja Rule is BACK! According to this article on SOHH, Ja plans to drop a new album this year, and a jewelry line. One thing I want to ask Ja is, Who is gonna buy your jewelry in a recession? Oh well, maybe the 50 cent Ja Rule beef will rejuvenate Hip Hop lol.
