Yep Freeway is talking about it, and to tell you the truth I really don't care. I mean the Roc is finished, Dame Dash is having legal, domestic, and financial issues, while everyone else in the Roc is spread out. Along with these issues this industry cannot carry weak music sales. If G-Unit signed Freeway I don't expect a release because he isn't a major player in music anymore, and these days the Unit is like Death Row, once you go there you never get released (ask Buck).

So I read this article on MTV which reviewed Rick Ross's new cd. After reading this article many of the songs got very positive reviews and the writer didn't show any criticism. In this article the writer even went as far as to say this was a classic album. I don't know much about how credible this person is even though they are writing for MTV, but I do feel that I would have to hear this cd before I let someone else make the judgment for me. All though I'am very excited to hear what Ross has to offer.

So this beef is still going on and it doesn't look like either camp is going to stop any time soon. Yesterday there was a VERY explicit video made by 50 cent featuring one of Ross's baby mama's. During this whole ordeal clearly the winner has been 50 cent, and you would have to REALLY need some impressive evidence to state otherwise. Yes Curtis Jackson's music is somewhat pop now, but lyrically he is on another level compared to Rick Ross. Remember I said compared to Ross, not Wayne, TI, or Jigga so please no Wayne would murda him comments. Anyways beware of that video which is on 50 cent's website (thisis50.com). We might be headed towards a war that could lead to the streets if these two men aren't careful. My boy Jamal hit me up about a Game show last night in San Angelo, TX. Apparently, the Compton rapper's voice went out so he couldn’t continue. Guess what the rapper ended up doing for the fans? He stuck around to take a gang of pictures and met with anybody that wanted to meet with him. He reportedly had his people in his ear saying, "It’s time to go," but Game said, "I aint leaving till it’s done." Jamal told me he's an even bigger fan now than ever before. That's what's up!

Now after reading this all I could think about was first the disabled dude now straight up love for the crowd. I mean this could've been very dangerous for a celebrity to go out into an audience, but you also have to give them what they paid for. Taking pictures with the fan's and meeting everyone and anyone who was at the show is a real move. What's funny is after what The Game has done these past few shows, if he got into this Rick Ross & 50 cent beef then Officer Ricky might actually have a shot. Oh boy!

Gorilla Zoe a Rapper from Houston, TX made a mistake while visiting a school in Dallas, TX. The intent for Zoe was to be a motivational speaker for some of the youth at a school, but he left them with a bad image. Once Zoe was done speaking he gave out posters of his new album cover to the children which had images of smoking, and drinking which is never a good look. As I have a poll on the side specifically about this topic lol, CB's (Chris Brown's) career seems finished. Once considered the next Usher, this young man like many others felt untouchable, and basically got a real world check up. Rihanna on the other hand has been playing the I'm the innocent one role, which she is but you gotta question where she is coming from if she is willing to get back with this dude. Andre 3000: No More Outkast

Big Boi & Andre 3000 will forever be linked to the wacky and crazy side of hip hop, as well as the serious and intellectual side. Andre has pushed a new change in art by using theater to teach children about music. Before he got into the theater aspect of things, Andre had a cartoon on the cartoon network which got canceled based on the same concept. Now this show which is supposed to bring truth through music, and teach about music is hitting the stage and hopefully it spreads nationwide. I know a lot of us want to see a Outkast album again, but it doesn't hurt to see half of the dynamic duo impacting the community in a positive way.

TI & Shawty Lo friends?

NWA Movie!!!

Yes indeed a movie on NWA is about to go into works with Ice Cube, Dr. Dre and others as producers. This movie will tell us the history of NWA from the beginning to the end. I'am so excited for this movie as it brings in good history of hip hop into the younger generation living today. Hopefully they make this movie very well and do not get sloppy with it.

The Game is BACK

Back in 2008 the Game stated he was dropping his last rap cd and was considering retirement. Now after a few months on tour and the success of "L.A.X" Game has stated he is going to drop another album. In my opinion Game's last album didn't even touch the previous first two, but I cannot wait to see what comes up with this next album for the West Coast.

Chris Brown has been hit with two felonies in has case regarding Rihanna. Putting these types of things makes me feel like a gossip reporter, but the truth is this issue should not be taken lightly. Yep even the singers get into beef these days. Keri Hilson who is the break out diva for 2009 has taken shots at Beyonce. My problem with this beef is the fact that Keri isn't even an established artist yet and she is taking shots at a legend. I guess everyone is trying to use the 50 cent model of marketing these days.
